Round Toe Tan Boots by Born “Yvette”
This boot style is somewhere between fashion and western. Women’s tall dress boots like the Born “Yvette” falls short of being an authentic cowboy version. Yet, there is a fashionably cute country element to this equestrian design. We really like the mocha tan color offered here. With it’s rounded toe and leather overlay on the vamp, this makes a sophisticated fashion statement. The heels are under 2 inches and the height is about 16″. They’ve used a stiff leather material in crafting this footwear. We rather like this feature. Others don’t care for it too much. Born is a great shoe manufacturer and we’re on their side with this.
The leg width is definitely for those who want a wider fitting calf. So if you have longer, athletic legs, you can pair these with dresses, pants or wrangler jeans. Born has created tall dressy boots in the “Yvette” that almost crosses over to a casual dress western boot. Either way, we like them.
